Book a sexual health appointment online
The sexual health services online appointment booking system provides an easy way to find and book an appointment at sexual health clinics across Scotland, with the exception of NHS Orkney and NHS Western Isles. It is meant for people living in Scotland.
What services are offered?
Health boards offer some or all of the following services for online booking:
- contraception assessment – including repeat prescriptions
- contraceptive coil (IUD/IUS) insertion and removal
- contraceptive implant insertion and removal
- HIV PrEP – new requests and repeat prescriptions
- HIV testing
- routine STI testing – including postal kits, where offered
- services for people who have particular needs
- vaccinations
What will I be asked?
To help find the right service for you we will ask you your gender, your date of birth and your postcode of residence. We also need a mobile phone number to send you your booking reference.
You can also tell us if you have additional support needs or if you require a translator.
You may find that it isn't possible to use the system to book all of the services listed. If the type of appointment or service you are looking for is fully booked or is not available to book online, the system will provide contact information so you can phone the service and talk to someone about booking an appointment.
